Dear Warriors,

I am planning to start my e-commerce website for Indian consumers, my problem is how to make the profit and how to beat the competition.

Currently i can't import directly from manufacturer, hence i have the only option left working with wholesale traders, but the problem is that they are already selling on ebay, amazon and flipkart.

So i am worried to start my website as i am not sure how can i get the profit if the same products are already being sold by wholesale dealer on ebay, amazon with the very competitive price.

Any suggestion please?

Regards,
Jack

How to beat your competition? Study them. Do research about your competition. As what they say, Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Also, it is important to have a good kind of product, a good knowledge about it's background. Take chances and start building your website. You'll learn as you get along anyways.

I'm a marketing manager for one of the largest indian retail stores in Decatur, GA and also a marketing manager for a wholesaler in Decatur, GA. Working with the wholesaler and the retailer has gave me plenty of experience with your initial question. New Jenny's Place has over 100,000 products ranging from fashion jewelry to cell phone cases. We're not like the wholesalers that won't ship out your products and never call you back. We're an established business with a walk in location in Doraville, GA.
