Need help - best ecommerce design approach by customer socioeconomic status, gender, age, etc.
Hi all,
I'm working to collect information on my customers such as where they tend to live (rural, suburban, or urban) as well as their average age, gender, etc.
Does anyone know of any resources, articles, or books that talk about preferred ecommerce website design for socioeconomic status, age, or gender? I imagine there is a better way to market or to design for a female 20-something urban college grad opposed to a 50-year-old rural male blue-collar worker.
