Non U.S. resident dropshipping in the U.S. > taxes question?

Hello,

I am non U.S. resident looking to start a drop shipping eCommerce business in the States (incorporating as a single-member Wyoming LLC). I've spoke to several CPAs regarding how I will be taxed, and have received conflicting opinions, so I'm still puzzled in that respect. Could someone who had similar experience (foreigner dropshipping in the U.S.) share how they deal with paying taxes?

Basically, considering that I will have no physical presence in the U.S., no office, no employees, managing everything online, and will not be handling products myself, but rather have third party fulfillment wholesaler ship products directly to customers...

Do I pay self employment tax in the U.S.?
Do I pay personal income tax in the U.S.? (I'm resident of Estonia, which has tax treaty signed with the U.S.)

Any thoughts, and real life experiences would be much appreciated!

    We coach hundreds of foreigners that market to the US and here's my understanding of how it works:

    1) If you are registered in a state that charges sales tax you have to collect and pay that state's sales tax (usually quarterly).

    2) The "income" flows through to you and personal income taxes are only paid within your own region/country.

    I'm not a tax lawyer or accountant, but that's my understanding of how it works!

    Maybe you need to file a tax form. Try to visit USA.Gov, see the website related to tax, learn it all. Contact them and maybe you can find the exact answer.
