No problems for me (yet).... The ones that I have dealt with (from China) only cared taht I had a documented Amazon and/or eBay account.

I would invest in worldwidebrands or salehoo. Many of their drop shippers do not require a store up front to do business.

Worldwidebrands is $300 but the best in my opinion.
Salehoo is good to $67 a year

Worldwide brands is the best if you have the money and it's only a one time fee

    good luck

Most of the time they just want a copy of your business license or resale tax certificate I find. Never had a problem setting up an account with any vendor, dropshipper or otherwise since set up my business properly and I got both before I started contacting them.

Well, I have already faced such kind of situation, whatever you have explained. But, I have just done only one thing, I contacted with great retail marketers in my area and did some dealership with them regarding commission rate and they agreed, Now I am selling my product in an easier manner.

There's a way around this but it uses a different method, yes it's an illogical catch-22 which means the wholesalers are not time focused, once you know that you can use a logical solution to work around it.

I've seen this when I was starting out in drop ship. Keep searching, you'll find someone who will work with you. One of my first was Moteng.com. No, I don't work for them.....

I had this problem with a supplier, not a dropshipper.

I got round the issue by throwing a WordPress site online using some crappy shop template. I populated it with a few products and ordered a logo off Fiverr. It worked, and they supplied me. I let the website domain name expire and never looked at it again (I wanted an account with the supplier to sell on Amazon and eBay).
