Custom T-Shirts US or Europe?

I've been looking for someone (or even a small company) that could produce/print a t-shirt when I need and be able to send it (aka t-shirt dropshipping).
Is there anything like that around US or even Europe?
I got scared when I asked a company on my country what was the price for shipping a single t-shirt to Europe, they told me it was around 30$...
Any suggestions would be appreciate it.
