    Instead of going with CMS, you can prefer custom made php script else you can directly buy ready made eCommerce script which is cost and time effective also you can update the php version easily.

      Jenniferrini is absolutely right. I completely agree with her. It is easy to purchase any ecommerce scripts and customize it your way, it is really so effective and time saving strategy.

      You have got to be fricken kidding me! He does not need a custom PHP script. He doesn't need the hassle of doing custom code. He doesn't need to know the ins and outs of different PHP frameworks. He doesn't need to worry about PCI compliance, untested code and SQL injections. What he needs, is a shopping cart provider to sell rugs.

      Based on how he worded his question, we can assume he/she does not have experience in the tech side. In this case, have them check out a Shopify, Bigcommerce or core-commerce to get their store set up and then concentrate on marketing. $30 to $50 a month and he/she is golden.

    As for me, I always get some eCommerce templates from templatemonster website. They are really great there, I like them a lot.

    How much I know I would say you to use Opencart software where you will find lots of templates which can design a customized website for you.
