Have you heard of Rocket Internet? They're the hottest growing ecommerce company worldwide, penetrating dozens of countries every year if not more. What would you do if RI enters your market and starts dominating each sector?

    Work with an incubator who has the same technology and 30day site install approach, that's what we do! Some architects via via via sent something in a college exam paper about some friends walking in a field and bear shows up. They start running and one works out that they can't outrun the bear, so the other friend keeps running saying he just has to run faster than the other friend.

    That's the point, you don't have to run faster than Rocket Internet, you just need to run faster than everyone else. They told us the top 1% of sites generate 40% of all online revenue!

    By providing value that is much better than your competitors.

    The reason most people can't compete is because they aren't any better than the guys on top, but the guys on top have money and connections, so they have the advantage.

    If you create something that is faster, better, easier to use, whatever - when they come to your site they'll want to go with you, but you need to have the highest quality.

    Yes Rocket Internet has grown quite a bit in recent years. If you are working for some years then all you can do is start working more. I have seen some companies which are able to compete and beat them in some sectors.
