I have a new site that my partner and I had developed and need to sell it? Any recommendation on best places to sell this? We only want what we had put into it.

    I would recommend selling it on Digital Points forum. This forum is a great place to get a large amount of traffic to sell your site. Try that site. Hope that helps!

    Selling rate totally depends on the website you have built. If you can pay a little bit more for the site you can earn more for it.

    Flippa and there are a few other forums that allow selling of websites, google for it and you will quickly be able to find a place.

    I recommend flippa, it's the most 'famous' place you can go to to try and sell, but other sources you find are OK too, especially the big forums who have been doing this for a while.

    Did you use a website builder software as part of the development process? I know some of the popular shopping carts (like Shopify or 3dCart) have forums available to users, and there is often a thread for people selling their websites. Worth a shot to look somewhere like that?

    If your site is established and profitable, you can list it with us. We have nearly 20K website buyers and sellers in our community and have nearly 40K visits to our site every month.

    If your site has less than $100/month in earnings or is so new that it's not yet monetized, you'll be better off trying to list/sell on Flippa. Most brokers value websites on a multiple of net profit, so they wouldn't typically be able to engage with you on a sale.

    Flippa is definitely the best solution. However, you have to make sure you promote your listing the right way and I would go with a premium listing too.

    Besides that, make sure you write a detailed review of your websites and include the goods and the bads of your website because buyers want you to be honest.

    I think you should sell this site on its niche related forums. Where you will get lots of people who need sites for that niche.
