I want to build website like those ones but I don't know how :

Those are Amazon Affiliates who import product listings from Amazon catalog and list them on their website using their own price after adding markup
They also keep the checkout process using their own cart and payment gateways without redirects to checkout with Amazon . They use Cash collection
My question is how to build something like that which enables me to import listings from Amazon and list them in my website and maintain checkout in my website using my payment gateways and using my price not Amazon price .
I found one solution called Amazon retail plugin for open cart but it don't support variation details import ( size
