How to export from US to Eastern Europe?

Hi everyone,
like my title says, I would like to know all the steps and requirements to fulfill in order to export goods (clothes,accessories,cosmetics) from US to Eastern Europe.

I know a lot of you are doing the opposite with clothing by manufacturing in Eastern Europe and exporting to US but there are some well known brands that are really hard to find in Easter Europe so I want to fill the gap.

I do not live in US, I live in Eastern Europe, not EU.
Do I need to have a company in US? If not, I suppose I have to rely on some company that offers export services, know anybody good?
What about taxes? I do not want to pay 2 times the same sale tax, 1 in US and 1 at the customs. Can anyone help me with that? I don't really know how this works.

The countries I'm interested to export in: Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus

    Most freight forwarders in the US that deal with that part of the world are located in New York. They can help you get the parts quickly and easily help with clearing =customs.
