Restriction on my eBay account
After a few successful years of selling on eBay I encountered a ruff period with too many defects (drop shipping) and now my account has way too many selling restrictions including a ban on selling to the USA
1. How long will these restrictions last?
2. Is it possible to lift these restriction? I contacted support by phone last month to lift one and failed totally
3. Is there a way to open a new account to start over with a clean slate
