This is a REALLY complex question for a very broad topic and not possible to answer in a forum post. That's why no one has answered.

Perhaps if you ask more specific questions you will get a better response.

What would be a simpler question perhaps?

The issue I am facing is that PPC is not allowed for my niche. And I don't know how to plan my marketing

You don't need a marketing plan that's a generic one size fits all.

You need niche traffic & airsoft traffic is hanging out on airsoft forums.

So how do you lure airsoft niche traffic to your site?

Easy, you build either a feeder site or a category on your money site that gives away free printable airsoft targets, that's your traffic lure. Brand your custom made targets with your money site domain/URL. Learn Gimp or Inkscape, both are free with tons of Youtube video tutorials.

Here's an example target (image below) that took maybe 5 minutes to make. Build out a site/category with a wide variety of custom/branded targets. Lure traffic to your site, then make the sale. Keep adding new targets, give traffic a reason to return to your site.

That is how you drive free buyer traffic.

Microsoft's Office Template site has a bunch of these types of plans. They're all free, but they work in Office only. https://templates.office.com/
