4HOURWORKWEEK- I NEED HELP on the automation principles

Guys,

Is there anyone that automates their business via out sourcing? As more orders come in, I find that I'm spending too much time on customer emails rather than 1) focusing on growing the business and 2) escaping the working hours.

Goal: to save a much time as possible and automate income so that I may continue to start other businesses.

How does everyone pay their outsourcers?
How does everyone use their outsourced staff?
Who do you use?
Do you feel that your outsourcers make more productivity since they have a dedicated job?

    I am a person to whom others outsource their writing, editing and proofreading tasks so they can focus on other areas of their business.

    You need to write what types of jobs you want to outsource and then you may get people replying. You need money to pay people and it can be hourly or per task.

    Perhaps try one aspect and outsource it as a test.

    Are you using any kind of inventory and sales order management software right now? I work for an ecommerce management software (ecomdash), and we have customers who were in the same boat as you - too busy processing an influx of orders and tasks to be able to focus on other aspects of their business, or even take a break. An inventory and sales order management software automates data transfers and acts as a manager for all of your sales channels and suppliers. We have one customer who's a top eBay seller. He was able to run his whole business in a couple minutes a day with our app, all while vacationing in the Dominican Republic. I think this kind of software is something you may want to look in to?

    I would check out ecommerce review sites like WebRetailer and Ecombytes. Both sites have extensive software directories with customer reviews, so you'll be able to see what your peers think.

    Good luck, I know it takes a lot of grueling work to get to that 4 hour work week. I hope you can achieve it soon.

      You are right, i should have specified. So far, I need orders to be processed and when a customer is inquiring about the status of their package, the outsourcer can answer their email.

      At the moment, this is all I would need. I would like to pay per task; in the event that i have a slow week, I wouldn't be paying anyone hourly to do nothing.
      would anyone know where I could find such service?

      As far as that software goes, I am strictly dropshipping and not housing any product yet. Could this software be of aid to this kind of business model?

        Yes, ecomdash is also a dropship management software. You wouldn't need to hire someone to process orders - the software would do this for you. For example, if you sold an item on Amazon, ecomdash would recognize the order and forward sales order information to your dropshipper or supplier. It would then reduce the quantity of that item on Amazon and all other sales channels, so that you don't risk overselling the item.

        As far as emailing customers goes, we do have an email marketing tool built in to our software. We offer Mandrill, which is owned by Mailchimp, and has a little more flexibility for businesses. You can create email templates ahead of time and automate them for certain tasks, such as sending emails based on the SKU a buyer purchased, or setting up follow up campaigns to either request feedback or advertise new products. For emailing about the status of the product - do you mean the customer wants to know when the item will arrive? Ecomdash will automatically create a tracking number for your buyer and send that information to them via the sales channel where they purchased the item...so I don't know if they'd necessarily need to email you after that? Unless I'm missing something. Let me know if you have other questions.

    I don;t know what your product is, your market, etc. But for me (and many I have coached) amazon fba is the best outsourcing ever. Full stop.

    Takes away all the warehousing and fulfillment workload and much of the customer service stuff too.

    Has allowed me to spend more time on the 'front end' of my business, ie marketing, strategy, sourcing, etc. This in turn has allowed for me to earn 6 figures a month on average.

    Without amazon fba i would be struggling badly to deal with the 'back end' of the business due to volume.

    Amazon fba, worth it's weight in gold to me.

    He may be Zany but he is certainly correct!

    If you are selling physical products that can be sold on Amazon you could put some of your inventory on the FBA program. All shipping to the customer, customer service, returns, etc are done for you by Amazon. Plus your items are listed on the biggest retail site online in front of their huge buyer traffic.
