First i would just like to say hello and i am really glad that i found Warrior Forum. I have been a eBay powerseller for about 10 years now with thousands of customers around the world and 100% positive feedback. However, the past few years i have seen a steady decline in sales and traffic. It is almost not worth it anymore. So i have pondering my options and thinking about what i should do. I am trying to stick to niches that i am interested in, otherwise i know i won't be as excited about it. I would honestly prefer to get off eBay at this point and try my luck with Amazon or my own website. Here's a few of my options,

1. Try selling different stuff on eBay and see how it does.

2. Listing on Amazon.

3. Set up a few sites in specific niches that i have found reliable sources for with a decent profit margin.

The niche areas i have the most interest in are mens fashion, mobile parts & accessories, and video game accessories. I know the market for all of these is already saturated. However, i already have started sourcing reliable suppliers for these (mostly aliexpress and alibaba). Just hoping for some feedback from people here that have more experience in one or all areas above than me. Thank you in advance.

Yes Amazon is a great idea and the market yes is tough but not saturated for the good sellers.

Just make sure you have a good product, good listing and so what it takes and you will create a very nice income from Amazon.

Also yes do your own niche sites its always advisable to create other sources of income!

Sounds like you will take to Amazon like a duck to water if you've been killing it on Ebay. Lots of money to be made on Amazon if you have the skills, knowledge and network to take advantage of it.

Killing it, isn't the word i would use. But i have done ok. Not making me rich.

I would avoid Alibaba and Aliexpress, but that's just me. Too much risk.

You say you have found reliable suppliers mostly on Alibaba and Aliexpress. Are they genuine manufacturers? If not, you will be paying too much.

I never recommend Alibaba or Aliexpress for the very reason that their verification process is token only and can't possibly provide security for buyers.
