Selling E-Cookbooks (PDF)

hi there, i'm creating a couple of cookbooks (PDF versions), its not in PUB format, or kindle formated. Just normal PDF, with some design.

I'm just thinking would it be more feasible to setup a simple store to sell the books? Or sell it via etsy or other shopping platforms?

      you can make your own site to sell it, but you may have extra sold when you sell it in other shopping platforms
