Product/Package Labeling

Anyone have any advice for finding a label manufacturer for products. It would be a simple 4in x 2in sticker label in color that would be place on the bag. I have everything set up with the manufacturer in China, the site is just about done, and now I am finishing up with the designee. So all I need is a manufacturer, I have searched google search, check google maps (label manufacturer near china). My problem is I can't come up with anyone who offers low MOQ.

Second any suggestions/tips on what I can do prior to launch. (to build hype, start collecting email addresses, so on) I am a online eCommerce retailer who sells in the food/beverage industry.

I am new-ish to warrior forum first post but have spent a while reading and researching until I decided to follow through with my current project.My two questions are unrelated if it is proper etiquette to post them separate let me know I will edit this post.

    by saying 4 X 2 inches labels in color, keep in mind that you should give more specs and details. Would you like it to be gloss, flat-matt, thickness of stickers, is it paper stickers you're looking for? vinyl stickers? transparent stickers, these details will help to help you out. I might get a quote locally if you have more details.
    Am new to this website too and just spent the last hours reading and digging around.
