    For your physical products I would suggest you look into selling some of your inventory on Amazon.com as an FBA seller. You will not have to ever deal with getting traffic to the site (Amzaon already has tons of buyer traffic) or advertising or shipping or customer service. You just have to source your products at the right price and supply Amazon with some of your inventory.
