Tawk is not only free. It is also the best chat app I've seen. Seriously, there is just no reason to pay a single dime for a chat app. Tawk provides unlimited options and most important, You'll always get support within few seconds or few minutes.

I know that because I'm using Tawk and have been able to do every thing I need to be done without Hassle. I'm so pride of my choice

Hadn't heard of this one before. Does it auto mark you away if you are away from the keyboard for a bit?

I use mylivechat.com which is also free and does mark me auto away as well as has all the other features it appears that Tawk does.

For woocommerce platform there are a lots of plugins available for live chat option. Best options are:
Formilla Live Chat
Wpmudev
Live Chat – Casengo
Chatty
And there are more though I am using an free one. Try few of them first and later on if you are okay, then can upgrade.
