Difference between selling physical and non-physical products

Hi warriors,
base on your experience what is the major difference in your marketing between selling physical and non-physical products?

    i have my nice ecommece too. I suspect that my nice is to small for reaching a decent income and the fact that is seasonal does bot help. No private labeling

    So far i am relying in good organic positioning, decent prices, listing in all the major and minor shopping websites and google/facebook ads.

    however i was wondering if i am missing something in the marketing equation. Maybe some of the techniques of non-physical products can be applied. What do you think about?

    For selling non-physcial product, there must be a lot of valueble contents provided beforehand to potential buyer before they decide to buy. For physical product, it needs to show a quality photo of the real products and also the details of it.
