Hi!

I have started some webbshops in woocommerce, and im getting sales. I accept payment by transfer to my bank and paypal. Right now I sell only in my country, but will soon start to sell to the whole world. I use aliexpress, so I but all the goods there.

Now I have been reading about seeling a dropship business, and in 1-2 year, that may be something for me. But how do I keep track of income and the profit to prove to that I have not cheated with it? Do you have any good tips? How do you do?

Set-up an Excel file and keep record of all payment and product amounts. It's easy to do when you have electronic payment receipt from your payment processor.

Ahh ok. So how about I create a map on my computer, and save all the payments that where made for paypal för that shop. Then I will have to stop payment directly to bank, and only use paypal.

A map? I don't understand what you're saying. You can always hire an accountant.

At any rate, all Supplier invoices and sales receipts should be saved for 7-10 years.

A place to store information on my computer.

Yes, you are right, mabey the best way to do it is to hire a accountant. To be honest I dont pay tax on my earnings now, but they are not so big. But for the future and to be able to sell, it may be the best way to go.

      Hi.

I allready have that, but the problem is if I want to sell the store in the futhure, how will I prove to the buyer income? I can write what I want in the excell sheet, and make my store look that it makes much more money than it doase.

I can also buy stuff my self via paypal, to make the store look like it doase make more money that it really do. Thats why im little confused.

Ty, and good luck to you to! =)
