Issues Starting Drop Ship Business From Overseas?

Thought I would write a quick thread with a link to an in depth article for anyone struggling to work with USA drop shippers from residing overseas. To give you a better understanding I live in New Zealand and own many drop ship sites based in the United States despite never actually living there, not a US citizen or have any links to the USA.
Many drop shippers in the US require you to be a US company or hold a reseller permit. If you keep running into road blocks and your tired of using international drop shippers like the rest of the people in your situation then you should consider incorporating in Delaware.
