Wholesaling my Product.

Was contacted by an online retailer interested in selling my product.
Well, my product is new and I hadn't even thought of wholesaling, so am totally ignorant.

Can someone steer me where to get info on practical details.
Such as: Do I need any kind of contract with the retailer? What is customary as far as payment?
Pay up front, billing at 30 days....? HOW is payment done? Paypal will be costly, what are alternatives?

    Can I inquire what type of product?

    Definitely consult a business attorney before finalizing any wholesale contract. A contract isn't necessary though you will definitely want to create a Purchase Order Form for every sale.

    Paypal isn't that costly, but you can always request a check, money order or EFT directly to your business bank account. I like Flint Mobile for trunk shows and direct sales.
