Selling on eBay

I would like to sell on eBay, but my country isn't supported by paypal. The products we manufacture are home decorative items and similar items are making good sales on eBay. I could manage shipping from FBA or Shipwire but the first issue is Paypal itself.

So, I would like to pay someone who will open the account, verify it for me and increase withdraw limit. I will pay that person while deliver the account and a monthly portion of my profit.
