How to go about getting products manufactured?

Ok so I want to get into selling my own products but I have nothing in mind particularly but would like to start out in something that doesn't cost too much to make and have all the legal issues handled involved(not sure what but I'm sure I have to get something done on the legal side).

SO I was wondering does anybody have any good starter products/niches that are good to get my feet wet in creating my own products?

    As far as starter products, no serious entrepreneur is going to give away that knowledge -it comes though trial and error. You need to do your research and figure out what consumers NEED and go that route. Find a need and fill it.

      It sounds more like you're just getting started, and trying to determine a suitable niche to get into - more than finding a product to manufacture.

      If this is the case, you'll want to do a fair amount of research on niche markets (in most cases before focusing on products). Once you find a niche, then take a look at specific, relevant keyword traffic - they will give you indications of potential products (either already made, or ones you could have produced).
