Hello Warriors, this is actually my first post in this legendary forum and I'm quite excited

I'm the owner of a successful clothing factory based in Thailand but at the moment we sell our products only in our country (mainly to tourists).

My target now would be to sell these products abroad as well but I'm not interested in e-commerce or similar solutions as being a factory we have to sell a minimum of 10 products at a time.

So our target is to become suppliers for shops, wholesalers and stuff like that.

What your strategy would be to get in touch with these prospective customers? Do I need a website? (at the moment we don't have one).

In all honesty, since you don't want to engage in e-commerce I think it would be much easier for you to do some market scoping online in major economies and reach out personally to the store owners.

Aim for both large stores and smaller stores, although I do believe you may have better success with the smaller stores since they wouldn't have complicated procurement procedures in place.

Do you have any web presence (a website, social media pages, etc)? If you don't, I'd highly suggest you do so as those you reach out to will first want to do some online research on your company to figure out if you run a legitimate operation.

Make sure that whatever is included in your outreach email is consistent with the content on your website.

Despite the fact you don't want to get involved with e-commerce, you should definitely spread the information about your shop in the Internet.
Without it you're loosing so many potential customers.
Create the landing page or a website with your products and the placement of the shops, create groups in social networks etc.

    ).

There are thousands of wholesale e-commerce sites that require a minimum order for purchase and 10 units is fairly low. Ecommerce would be the fastest and likely the most effective way to reach your audience.
