Company Registration Certificate

Hello warriors,

I just started out as a newbie in dropshipping & wholesaling business.

I found a wholesaler, but it says he needs my company registration certificate. Can anybody teach me how to get one ? Or easily where to obtain one ? Thank you in advance warriors.

    Hi Zack,

    It depends on where you are located.

    Most countries have different administrations that will register a company for you.

    In Australia people can choose to trade as a sole trader, partnership or company.

    Some people choose to set up different structures depending on their personal circumstances.

    For example my structure is I have a company that acts as a trustee for my family trust.

    This is a structure that can protect my family's assets and allows distribution of income amongst members of the trust to lower tax liabilities.

    Every country will have different laws so you should search out details about registering a business in your country.

    Normally you will want to involve two other people at a minimum when making your choice.

    Your accountant and your lawyer.

    Get professional advice and set it up right from the beginning to suit your personal circumstances.
