Health and Beauty Amazon Ungated - Freaking out a bit now

Long time reader first time poster. This forum helped inspire me to try to start a business selling my wife's "homemade" goods.
So we are working on a product now and we are about $3500 in and about 3 or 4 weeks out from marketing. However I was just reading how to get ungated on Amazon in the Health and Beauty section.
I get that they want to see three invoices. If I buy 30 bottles on seaweed pills and put it on three separate receipts I should be good, but when they see I'm selling something entirely different will they take my access away? For example if I'm going to sell a homemade bag of bath salts, should I go buy espon salt from walmart?
My packaging looks good. It's in a nice rice paper sealed bag with a logo. I'm going to be getting an LLC and EIN next week.
In your experience what kind of obstacles am I facing? Am I just overthinking this?
