Where do I get a privacy policy for my landing page?

I have an e-commerce store and have decided to setup a landing page and offer a free guide, to grow my email list, what is the best way to go about getting a privacy policy to add to the landing page?

If you use WordPress, then add this plugin called Auto Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If not using WordPress, then do a search here on WF or in the War Room - there are a few people who've put together generic ones you can customized and use.

Of course, this isn't the same as having legal advice for your particular situation - but it works to satisfy PPC / Ad / Email service requirements.
