That's what those apps allow you to do...source directly from the manufacturer. I'm looking for a comparison as well. So far seems like shopified can integrate with more platforms whereas oberlo is just for AliExpress BUT oberlo has been vetted by more users and so more kinks may have been worked out. Hoping actual users will chime in here...��

I am an Oberlo user. I really do not understand whay am I paying 29 USD monthly, do not worth so much money and it is a fee for a bigger number of products.
What other app you speak about? Please post a link. I never heard shopify to have another importer, even if I was looking for an alternative.
yes, people reffered well about Oberlo but who says is not paid advertisting?
It is not good, not bad... does not worth for sure the money.
They have big prices for what they offer. Very big!

Its shopifiedapp.com I'm thinking I'll give them a try. The pricing seems to be comparable to oberlo. There's not enough ppl commenting on these apps yet (that's not affiliate related) so I'm rolling the dice lol😬

If you are product sourcing through Aliexpress, you are almost certainly not buying direct from the manufacturer.

The sellers will pretend that they are the real manufacturers but in most cases they are traders who see opportunities for making money out of people who don't know anything about sourcing products.

I have taught hundreds how to safely source small and large quantities direct from genuine manufacturer and make massive profits.

Oberlo is much better in use than Shopifiedapp. Has less mistakes in importing goods from Ali. IMO it's more user friendly. AND! since couple of days they basic plan costs 4,95 per month. That's really great! For this price I will use it for sure.

The pricing: top package cost 47$/month in Shopified app + 27$/month for each additional store, in Oberlo it's $79.90 / month for each store.

I hate to bump an old thread but i'm researching the market.

oberlo is strictly aliexpress - with proven importing, consistency, etc

shopifiedapp - has access to many platforms (aliexpress, walmart, amazon, etc) but only auto populates for aliexpress?

also i'm a little shocked. drop shipping from aliexpress with most products sourcing from china/middle east it seems most stores using oberlo have to tell customers "expect 5 to 8 weeks for shipping". I would have a real hard time opening a shop if that's the best I could do.

as a customer, no way in hell I would wait over 3weeks for anything short of a car, custom instrument/snowboard, etc.

I am using epacket shipping option that's usually free, offers tracking and it takes 10-20 days to ship to US.

I think what Oberlo does is simply to automate your Aliexpress dropshipping which you can always do manually.

I think oberlo now offers a free option for a limited number of products and orders?
