My wife and I have a small family business. Its is primarily a brick and mortar store, but we also do some eBay on the side. The physical traffic in the store has taken a hit, so I've been putting a lot of effort into our eBay. I have reached some obstacles though and could use some guidance on where to learn about how to leverage eBay best. Things I am looking to learn:
  • Finding good products beyond what I am already selling
  • Bets apps and plug-ins to use to make managing eBay easier
  • Spytools that help monitor and manage eBay.
  • How to find safe sources for drop shipping and tutorials on how they do it
  • Best methods to leverage amazon as a drop shipper
  • Driving traffic to and marketing my eBay stores

Any rate, I just like to brain storm these subjects with more experience warriors. If you don't mind sharing some tips and pointing me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated! Let me know how I could help you.

You are asking the same questions I was when I ventured into the dropsshipping business. I have looked into many things but none really had a complete solution. Training for one.

I can safely say I have found such an animal that offers complete training using videos on how to dropship with Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock and a few others and placing those items on ebay or even Bonanza. The system is pretty good. It also offers auto tracking and monitoring of all my ebay listings. So If a price goes up from one of my suppliers then the system will automatically change my ebay listing to reflect that increase so I won't lose money. Same goes for any item that goes out of stock, the system will stop my ebay listing automatically. Feel free to message me.

I'm in the US. Does that matter? It looks like Idosell is from the UK.

    Hi there,

Ive been selling on Ebay for a good while now and during this time I've learnt so much.

I'm now doing 100's of sales every day.

What I've found is that you really have to understand everything there is. Any gaps in the chain and things just wont work out.

I use various Tools and tracking systems which automate a huge amount of the business.

What I can say is that simplicity is key. Once you've established a solid strategy, its a case of scaling things up. This way your not having to learn new things, your just rinsing and repeating your 'One strategy'.

Feel free to message me if your interested in any help
