Hi everyone!

So lately I've heard all this buzz about private labeling and it seemed pretty interesting.

I've been doing retail arbitrage for a few weeks now..........And I have a new found respect for it, but it just seems like a LOT of work with low yields, not very consistent and not sustainable. So I stumbled upon a video that talked about private labeling.
I have 13 years of experience in the beauty industry so I thought maybe I can give it a go.

The salon I work at uses sugar scrubs for the pedicures and the clients always loves the smells. And then I thought about the sugar scrub company that Mark Cuban invested in on shark tank. So I'm going to give it a STRONG ðŸ'ª whirl.

Aside from recipe and design.........I don't know enough much about starting a sugar scrub business to even know what questions to ask. Any help or push/shove in the right direction would help. Things like regulations etc.

Thank you my fellow warriors!

    Hi Kevin,

I'm going to say you should look up regulations for any skin nutraceuticals. This would be a good start. A lot of nutraceuticals are not necessarily approved by the FDA, which I assume is not something you're looking to do. Give that a quick Google search and perhaps see what other sugar scrub businesses have on their website, more specifically any disclaimers, terms and conditions, etc.
