Can someone help me understand how to set a store up? From A to Z

First of all I'd like to make a quick introduction, I'm a copywriter with offline experience, I started testing the water on the internet and so far so good, I like the energy and the vibes, specially here.
Don't get me wrong, Copywriting is passion to me, but as any other entrepreneur, I would never be satisfied with only 1 source of money.
To be honest eCommerce really got my attention and I'm actually considering opening a store. I've already started some baby steps as in market research to see what's trending and what not, so, I want to make sure that I understand what you guys are doing in general so please help me out here if you saw something missing or wrong.
So basically you set a store up Via Shopify for example, put some plugins that creates sense of urgency and Upsells, get traffic and boom there it goes.. the orders you get, you fill it once again to the supplier with the customers addresses, That explains why store owners hire customer support and what not..
I know for sure no marketers would share their secrets but If possible can you tell me what type of products have helped you obtain maximum ROI and any other advice from personal experience.
What I want is a humble start, I was thinking of maybe 200$ for the whole thing from A to Z, Is it possible? I know it varies depending on how smart/stupid I am, but from your perspective, can an average Joe do it with 200$?
Forgive me for my naive questions, I've only been researching the whole eCommerce idea since yesterday.
