Shopify or amazon ?

Hey guys i want to open an e-commerce , i would like to know which platform do you prefer amazon or shopify and why ? Thanks in advance

    Totally depends on your plans.

    In my opinion a custom online shop with Shopify for example is great to create and market a private label product. You can use your own designs and present the products the way you want.

    Amazon is great if you have more genuine products or simply want to make a try with it. You don't have to get your own site, integrate payment options and stuff like that. Also, the most important thing is that you don't have to get traffic yourself. On the other hand, you have tons of competition there.

    warm yourself with shopify, there's an easy possibility to have a free one-month-trial, just ggle for.

    0. Assess your general strategy.
    Else are just tactics and tools, yet starting with them no greater success on horizon ever visible.
    1. Use shopify subdomain.
    2. Ad three products with catching description and few pictures.
    3. Write a wise Add to win over your *precise* targets.
    4. Autoresponder--collect LIST because this is
    your biggest fortune anyway!
    5. Start your campaign with $5 per day, analyse
    results, fix mistakes, adjust your presentation etc.
    6. Retargeting!

    Yes, there's quite a bit of learning to eliminate walking around blindly. Think, there's NO any learning? Everything and anything requires effort and time anyway.

    Amazon is quite a beast, w/out great training headache assured.

    My suggestion is you start boldly but small with shopify. Learn and fix your bank on the way!
