    Since the majority of consumers who are looking to buy go to Amazon first then it makes sense to have as much of your inventory available there as possible. It sounds like you are familiar with Amazon FBA and working toward that. Not sure why you say it is not realistic now or what "We have run the Amazon website out of a friend's store he's had for years" means.


    I have heard a lot of good things about the shopify platform for ecommerce although I personally have not used it. It may be worth looking into.
