2CheckOut just declined my application without any clear explanation!
Just wondering if anybody is having any hard time just like me with 2Checkout. I applied for a 2Checkout account for my shopify store. First they asked for my citizen ID card and utility bill, I submitted those. Somehow they thought that's not enough. They they asked for my bank statement and phone bill, I submitted those as well.
Then I got their reply that, since I am dropshipping on my shopify store, I need to submit retailer-wholesaler agreement before I sell someone's product. Wow!! That means if I have 50 suppliers then I have to prepare an agreement for each of them, sounds cool! I however was not tired still, and removed all the products from my store except the ones I got from 2 suppliers. Then I prepared an agreement copy, signed it with my complete details and then sent those to my suppliers. They signed that as well and sent it back to me. I submitted those 2 copies to 2Checkout and requested them for a quick review.
After 2 days I got an email -- Your account has been declined. I tried to log into my account and found that it has been completely removed! I called their customer service and was told that the documents I submitted cannot be accepted though they are not going to explain any exact reason! Wow! What a great experience I have gathered with the so called global leader in online payment service!
Have anyone else have faced the same issues with them?
