Hello fellow warriors , i've been reading your posts/comments etc for a long time . So i wanted to take tips from the best! So something i should mention , im 30 years old im a programmer-digital marketeer and currently im working on 3 eshops same time collection data from competitors , checking product prices all day long, posting on 2 pages on facebook , im doing adwords as google partner and slowly im trying to build backlinks for my seo project .Anyway my real goal is to create my agency. So i wanna start a project(company) that will provide customers with domain-hosting-email marketing-social media marketing-website creation-seo services-logos. Im super confused cause i really have no clue where to start.Should i become a reseller so i can provide hosting to others via a bigger hosting provider? Should i create a website selling services and setting examples of my previous work? IF someone is experienced plz help me with my journey through the dark!

    You should learn to express yourself more easily if you want to run an agency.

    Plus, you named basically everything you can do online as your company focus. You'd be better focusing on a few things only and being exceptional in it. Who do you think people would rather choose for their SEO issues: a true SEO master who does it all the time or someone who does 80 things beside this as well?

    I would think you would start with first creating and hosting a website to highlight your services. Next, I would use all of the services that you say you will be providing to others in order to market it - email marketing, social, SEO, etc. I'm not entirely sure why you are asking people here what to do when what you are selling is the things that you should be doing for your business. You are asking how to start building and marketing a website building and marketing company?

    I just dont know how to start my company. The first big question is how im gonna find my first customer. I just wanna have some advices from experienced people cause im not that experienced.

      This is of course the hardest part. There are 1000 times more skilled people out there than people who make money with their skill. It comes down to your strategy and execution. If you just start something without a plan behind it, chances are big that you throw around with advertising dollars and don't see an ROI at all.

      If you want to offer services it might be a good idea to start a social media channel where you give free tips etc. Services convert quite bad with cold traffic, since people don't trust you.
