Private Label Rights Agreement
Hello,
I have just recently hired a local writer to write me up a couple e-books.
I have offered her the option of taking a flat rate of $100 or a 10 percent royalty for full ownership and PLR.
By offering her the 10 percent option, I feel she will put more effort into the quality of the work.
I have a few questions though:
Where can I find a contract stating this?
1. I want to become full owner of the work, and be able to sell it as I please.
2. She will no longer be allowed to sell the work she has created to anybody else.
3. She cannot try to take her work back, or change any of the royalty agreement.
Anything else..I'm not legally inclined, and don't want to miss anything.
