    1. Calculate all costs (as well as possible refund rates) + add a profit margin of at least 20-30%. Depends on your strategy though
    2. Don't really understand what you mean
    3. You cannot. If the product is broken or whatever you have to replace OR refund it. You could also go the hard way of course and get your payment accounts ban you if you ignore customer complaints.
    4. I'm not entirely sure what you mean, you mean that he makes a safe transaction with you?

If you are doing dropshipping the customer shouldn't be aware that they are not buying goods from you (at least until the goods arrive).

You might loose repeat business by dropshipping but it shouldn't effect the first purchase.

        1. Simply because he won't find the AliExpress offer or he perceives the value higher in your store. These Chinese guys are not that good at marketing. They have the products, but they are not good at putting them in front of potential customers eyes. This is your part in the value creation chain as a dropshipper.

and if I offer my services on blogger or facebook to customer, how can he trust that I will give him the service after he pays by paypal? and how can I trust him that he will not say that he did not receive the service although he received it?

It depends on whether the shipment is tracked or not. You generally can't know - which is why I don't like the business model.

If they insist it hasn't arrived you will have the choice of buying another one for them or giving a refund.

I'd imagine if they've waited up to two months for delivery that they won't be very keen to wait another two months.

This is why holding stock is a much better idea depending upon where you are based.

Remember if they are using PayPal they have quite a lot of payer protection.
