Kindle Publishing - Non-US Self Publishers

I would like to try making at least some passive income through kindle publishing. Before jumping into it, I would like to be sure about few things
Firstly, I would like to be sure that there won't be any problems when getting paid. I read that it is impossible to be paid via PayPal and and I also read that some banks have problems accepting direct deposit into bank account (I am from the Czech Republic and have only Czech bank account) I contacted Amazon support, they redirected me to another support.. but I haven't got any answer from them. Is there anyone who has some experience with this?
Secondly, if you are not an American and you just signed up for a KDP account, Amazon will keep 30% of your revenue for tax reasons. I read that it is possible to easily get Employer Identification Number (EIN) by a simple call. Yet I still don't know how much I would have to pay on taxes after getting my EIN. I am neither a lawyer nor a financial planner and reading information about it in English can get little confusing for me so sorry if this question is little stupid, but I will really appreciate any answer.
