Facebook Advert Not Approved

Hey guys, I have an issue with one of my Facebook adverts - it is not getting an approval.

And that's the message I've received from Facebook:

"I took a look at your account and noticed that the content advertised by this ad is prohibited. We reserve the right to determine what advertising we accept, and we may choose to not accept ads containing or relating to certain products or services and will not allow the creation of any further Facebook Ads for this product. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy."

What's interesting that after reviewing their advertising policies I couldn't find anywhere in the prohibited list that my product is prohibited or something.

The other message that I received was:

"The advertising function for the Page you're trying to update has been disabled due to an outstanding payment balance on file. If you want to use this Page again, please go to Ads Manager and pay your balance in full. Once you've added a valid payment method to your account and paid the unsettled balance, you'll be able to continue advertising for this Page within 48-72 hours."

My payment is in its place and all the balance is paid.

The content is also 100% unique and created by me.

Is there a way to call them or something?
