Hello ,

i heard about Amazon FBA before a week and i did some researches. To be honest it sounds really interesting. I have found a product that's not so popular on Amazon right now. It's something that can go broke and i don't really know how would it work with the warrnty. I'm not sure if it's a good for start to go with kinda expensive product ( 50$ piece ). Could you guys give some advices about the whole procedure ? Thanks in advance !

The warranty is not something you have to be concerned with. The manufacturer of the product takes care of that.

Also I would suggest to avoid products that are no popular on Amazon. You want the opposite - items that sell often on Amazon. I make use of camelcamelcamel to find the sales records of items. As mentioned above Amazon provides some excellent information to help their sellers.

Well try finding something around $30 to start selling. This price is good to capture the impulse buyer and still offer you a good profit margin. Its good that the product you found is not so popular as people normally buy accessories while impulse buying.

On the other hand a small item won't cost you much charges in terms of FBA fees and you can easily find multiple wholesalers and manufacturers for small goodies. Most importantly, take a start and you won't regret!

Not sure why you would want to try to sell an unpopular product. I would much rather sell a popular product. Just thinking logically.

Tread carefully, but do tread (if not with this product, then another).

    1. FBA is a fantastic service (your intuition is correct).

    2. It's essential that you first check that there are keywords for the product that people actually use to search for it. Make sure there is enough COMMERCIAL search volume before considering further (nb google search volume and commercial volume are, often, two very different things)

    3. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'warranty'. Do you mean liability for injury or do you mean a guarantee to help sell the product? If you sell on amazon then you're responsible for the product.

    Good luck with your venture.
