Best ads to start a store with?

Hey guys for starting out a dropshipping store, just wondering out of these platforms what would you all recommend the most for a beginner to start with? FB Ads, Adwords, Bing, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Shopping, Instagram shout outs?

    I would recommend FB Ads, AdWords, Bing, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Shopping and Instagram Shout outs.

    All of them have their pros and cons, most people would probably say Facebook Ads immediately, simply because they never used anything else. From all the ones above I used (extensively) FB, AdWords, Instagram, Google Shopping and Shoutouts and all of them work great if you use them correctly.

    If its very visually driven you can try to go with FB or Instagram and create exciting ads to get people in, on the other hand AdWords is great to really filter out people who have no purchase-intent at all (which is a big problem in social media traffic).

    Shoutouts are awesome to increase awareness for your brand, but often its possible to achieve an ROI immediately as well. Here its critical to pick the right influencers in terms of targeting, engagement and price.

    We start with Google Shopping and Bing Shopping and then add re-targeting ads, which are the only type of ads we run on Facebook.

    This depends almost entirely upon what your products are focused upon and not on your business model (ie dropshipping).

    For example, certain categories of products that are aimed at, say, females you may find are better advertised on platforms that are known to be more heavily weighted towards this demographic eg pinterest.

    So, it depends, on your particular target audience and on your overall business objectives and strategy.

      And to add to this, it also depends on what your profits are. If you aren't averaging at least $40 per order profit, you will lose money with things like AdWords, Google Shopping and Bing Shopping.
