WP Multistore Builder Help

Hi Guys
I have the API keys all setup for Amazon and eBay, but when I try to search/import products and then type in a product and click search I get this message.
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
This happens if I try Amazon search or eBay search.
I have all of the AWS keys setup, so know this is correct.
Can anyone help with this problem?
