    Hey,

the store looks pretty cool, I like this fresh type of summer style. At least its better than many print-on-demand or general fashion sites I see all the time.

I also think that the designs are quite cool. Now it all comes down to marketing, marketing, marketing. Nowhere you have as much brand loyalty as in fashion brands. If you really want to make people value the title "Flociety", you have to invest into it.

Since you are appealing to a certain target audience and lifestyle already, and since the merch is not too expensive, you might get some sales immediately if you do it the right way. However, plan for a long journey if you really want to build a fashion/clothing brand.

    Good luck!

I changed the theme to something much simpler... Do you mind looking at it now and let me know? I got rid of most stuff and made it plain and easy to navigate

    Have you tested

    1. less stuff in the menu, like the follow us etc which could be added after purchase or during sign up?
    2. getting rid of popup or promoting discount codes, which you would only give to your partners (can be disabled on regular checkout so people won't know)

    just thinking out loud...

Your site looks good but you need to get rid of the powerd by shopify in the footer you don't want that on there. Also your footer copyright needs to have All Rights Reserved in it too. Less clutter in the menu and only use pop ups when you need too. I would also recommend you concentrate on marketing and getting targeted traffic to your store and make sure that the shopify theme you chose is a high converting theme. Nice job store looks clean

    I like the website,

But how are you going to promote this website?

Let's say you use Facebook Ads, how are you going to do your targetting? This is the kind of store where you are trying to build some kind of brand out of thin air and IMO it will be hard.

iv already launched a few Facebook ads and as well as instagram. i know my target audience, but its getting them to make a purchase. I'm averaging about 1 random sale per day via Instagram... Now if i can find out how much $ to spend per day on ads for post clicks to redirect to my store... and get those people on instagram to buy more.

Start by targetting everybody in Florida for your facebook Ads, start at 5$ per day and see how it goes.

Is there any other store selling something similar as you do? Florida merchandise? If there are other stores, try to see if you can target them in Facebook.

Try to use Facebook Audience Insights to find how you could target your audience...

I did a Search for Florida and saw in pages liked and saw a page called ¨¨Only In Florida ¨¨, chances are high that these people associate a lot to florida, and MAYBE they would buy that kind of stuff. There is another one called ¨¨Things floridians like¨¨...

Does that make sense? Of course you can target all the people in Florida, but this is a broad audience. You want to try to make it a little bit smaller when starting out. Try to find something.

Iv tried a promotion on Facebook, promoting a certain Tshirt. Should I continue doing that or just promote the page as a whole? Iv also tried it starting at $5 and didnt really see much besides a couple page likes. I recently tried an Instagram promotion and I spent $20/day for 1 day, it let to 30-40 clicks to my online store and one person ended up ordering a shirt for $25. So I got lucky and pretty much broke even.

I know a guy who use to run a similar company, making $3000 per day. He told me I had to be spending like $100/day in Facebook Ads to see something in return, but that is a gamble plus out of my range....

I have maybe 2-3 competitors. When launching a campaign, I choose interests and only one of those companies come up..

            Wait wait wait,

You have to understand the Facebook pixel first. Do you have a pixel installed on your store? This is why Facebook is so powerful. The more sales that you make, the smarter your pixel is. Think of your pixel as your sales person. The more sales they try to make, the smarter they become, the more sales they will make because they get better.

If you don't have any sales but people are adding your products in your Cart, then when you create an Ad, optimize for ADD TO CART. By doing so, Facebook will analyze these people that added your products to the cart and they will try (Facebook) to figure out what these people have in common; their age, sex, education etc. With time your pixel will become smarter and you will sell more, and you will spend less.

As you start making sales, you want to optimize by selecting WEBSITE CONVERSION. This is when people buy the godamn product (this is what you want ultimately). Facebook pixel will then find what all these people have in common and the pixel will get smarter. When you do an Ad, it will know exactly WHO will buy and they will promote to them.

The people that you know probably have smart pixels at this point, and this is why they can spend $100 per day and not lose money.

You are not there yet. Start small, adjust until you find what works for your store, THEN you can scale.

If you can target the people that liked the other company when you create your ad, then this is great. Do it. And test new things until you find what works. What kind of ads are they creating? Are they giving products for free then selling upsells in a funnel? What are they doing exactly? Copy them and do it better. BUT KEEP IN MIND, that you need to build up your pixel IQ.

The flat theme for your site looks nice. Some of the images on the top banner look skewed so maybe try cropping the photos or find new photos that would fit that particular aspect ratio.

This is more of a personal thing, but it seems the fonts in the footer match that well. Maybe try to find a set of fonts that match better.

Looks good. I can just feel the summer when I see your shop

I would still recommend you to try and add an add to cart button under every product. It usually helps increase conversions. Use an app for that https://apps.shopify.com/add-to-cart

And adding a bit more products would probably be good. Now it looks like you only sell 20-30 products.

Your store is looking cool and clean I love that , it may make that a little bit better. Other than that you can add some copy writing in your product description. Copy make sales design only make impression. I think you're doing Print on demand or Dropshipping , if I am not wrong. You can make that like a brand as it has been done by startupdtugz.com which was featured in Shopify blog
