Best payment gateway for someone living in Bolivia

Hello people

Im having a big problem that is very basic but it is affecting me a lot and I need it solved asap

Im korean currently living in Bolivia (legal resident) and I dont know which payment processing service to use.

I have payoneer set up and I have the debit card also

But I cannot set up a business account with paypal, (I tried really everything) and 2checkout refused my dropshipping application

I know that shopify has its own payment gateway but my ecommerce platform is not shopify and I cannot use it at the moment because I already invested into the ecommerce platform mentioned above

Im so anxious and worried because I cannot get a payment gateway set up, I count everyday passing by as another wasted time

Could somebody recommend me a payment gateway? or can you help me setting up a paypal business account?

    My favorite payment gateway is stripe. I use other like paypal, but the one i like most is stripe. Try it because it might work in Bolivia.
