Image sizes in Shopify

Ok, I am trying to insert a gallery underneath my menu in Shopify. What image size should this be? Because the image I have put in is zoomed in for some reason which means you can't see the entire image.

    It should be under 150 kb. and dimension as per the theme you have choosen. I can help in resizing the images.

        In the theme there should be either dummy image, either right click and check the dimension or In the theme it should be specified.
