How to get my free plus shipping offer to work (no selectable shipping option at checkout error)

Hey guys, so I set up my free plus shipping offer on shopify and for some reason at checkout there is no shipping option to pick from. I set up weight based shipping and weighted my products accordingly, but it still isn't working. Thanks in advance guys.

SOLVED: There is a sample box that shopify gives you that adds a few oz to your package total. Make a new one and set box weight to 0 oz.
