Using shopify and oberlo..

Apparently to sell successfully you need to do more than just list products. You need to market your products so you get traffic. You need to know your market and your competition so you can set prices correctly. You need to process orders and send them to your drop shipper. You need to make sure your drop shipper is sending out your orders correctly and on time. You need to make sure your notify your customers about tracking numbers so they know their order has been shipped. You need to handle customer service issues, answer questions about the product, and resolve disputes. You need to handle returns if the product is defective or if the customer simply changes their mind and wants to return the item.

The question is : How could I manage to do all this? Is there a video out there showing how to do all these stuff or an article or you can provide me with a how to for every thing i wrote and if there is other stuff also.. Thank you!

Invest in a good step-by-step program. There are a few in the WSO section of this forum

Almost all of the questions you have are the same exact ones ANY business faces. Pretend you are a brick and mortar store and handle those things the same way.

    1) Marketing your products: Use coupon codes or giveaways to collect email addresses that you can market to (they don't necessarily have to be actual products, but could be a downloadable guide). Share things on social networks that people who might someday buy your products would find interesting to build up your social following. Do pay per click advertising on Google Shopping, Bing Shopping and Facebook.

    2) Prices: Do a search for your products and see what the top results on Google are selling them for. This is far easier to do online than if you were a brick and mortar store and had to drive all around town to see what your competitors were charging.

    3) Dropshippers: Do test orders to ensure the quality of products and timeliness of delivery is good before launching the store.

    4) Tracking: Seriously, do you really need a course to show you how to email a tracking number?

    5) Customer Service: Nothing different here. Have a phone number people can call and an email address and respond to inquiries/problems with courtesy and compassion.

    6) Product Knowledge: You definitely need to learn all you can about your products and the best place to do that is with the manufacturer. They LOVE talking about their stuff!

    7) Returns: Find out what your dropshippers' return policies are and mirror those on your own website's return policies page.

And, as MValmont said, get a dropshipping course so that you can educate yourself on a whole lot of questions you did not ask. MValmont has one, we have one and there are tons of other ones out there. They are very different, so you might want to try a couple of the courses to see what model works best for you.

If it is your first online shop, it must be quite overwhelming. Optimizing your shop, advertising it on social media and then keeping a tab on customer service and researching for niche products is just not possible in a day's routine. You can take the help of virtual assistants who have links with Chinese nationals in case you are sourcing products from China, because language is a big barrier for streamlining things there. There are many experienced VAs out there to help with specific tasks.
