eBay, Dropshipping, Invoiceing & Paypal payment holds? HELP!!

I have new eBay & Paypal accounts and because of this my payments are held up by Paypal, which limits what I can sell at the moment. Right now, I am selling items that are low cost and digitally delivered so that I can build up my feedback, but I want to sell some more expensive stuff and have it dropshipped to my customers.

Catch 22: I need the funds from the sale to pay for the items that I am to have dropshipped, but I can't have that money until the item has been delivered.

I do know that Paypal releases funds as soon as the buyer leaves good feedback at eBay, but nobody is going to leave feedback for an item that they have yet to recieve.

I am wondering if there are any ways around the holds. Could I take the payment methods off and bill them via email or will Paypal still hold the funds?

I get this a lot from my students.

Best method is to simply put a reserve amount into your bank account attached to your PayPal account, of if you are willing, put it in your PayPal account.

The sneaky method is to take off the "Pay when buyer uses Buy it Now" or whatever it is called. This forces the buyer to pay before the purchase is made. You don't want this. This sneaky method also requires that you are a Store. When the auction ends, you will just have to copy the e-mail into PayPal and send an invoice. Include the Item Title, and total price. Your buyer gets an e-mail, and they pay that way.

Most people call "sneaky" Black-Hat, but ok.
That's what I was wondering about: invoicing instead of actually BINs.
I have the products ready to go from my dropshipper, so if I were to set up a store today and list my items, you think I could run this safely?
If I were to, it would be only long enough to get some reserve money and do things normally. I have a huge profit margin so it would only be for a few sales.

BUMP: Anyone else have any insight on the method that FaJeeb was talking about? Will this work?

I just remembered that I have a MoneyBookers account that I have not used at all. It is about 3 months old. So now I am going to verify it.
Once I do that I should be able to offer it as my preferred payment method. I could take Paypal off but message buyers and suggest that I invoice them with Paypal. Will that work?
