Which ecommerce platform will work for a SMS gateway site?

I've been asked to build a billing solution for a new SMS gateway service that a client wants to launch.

The site needs to be able to sell bundles of credits, and also to receive HTTP requests from the client's software applications that will deliver SMS messages and also deduct credits from the clients balance.

Which ecommerce platform will work best as the base to build this on? I don't mind getting a programmer to handle the changes necessary to interface with the SMS provider.

    It is obvious you are lacking knowledge, if any in this area. So you should not really get involved.

    I doubt you have been asked, and just looking for advice in here but that is fine.

    Best off to hand it over to someone that actually does know what they are doing and well knowlegable in this area....so you do not burn your britches.

    It is not just about going to elance and asking someone to get it done. YOu obviously have very limited knowledge that is obvious to me, so study up first and get the job done by a professional that is a good way to go.

    I have done work in this area, and you have to know what you are doing or hire people in the know as I have. Just coming to a forum and asking a questions here is not going to get your the answers you are looking for. As no one really has. You may get some ideas, but you need to do more research first.
